About the Role
We are seeking a
highly skilled Marketing Specialist
with hands-on experience in
Google Ads, Facebook/Meta marketing, and home care-focused campaigns
. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads, drive client acquisition, and increase awareness of our home care services. This role requires someone who understands the home care audience, can optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, and leverages data-driven insights to continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities
Google Marketing:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing) specifically targeting families seeking home care and caregivers.
Conduct keyword research, set bids, and optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Monitor analytics, identify trends, and adjust campaigns to maximize performance.
Facebook/Meta Marketing:
Design, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns targeting senior care decision-makers and caregivers.
Use audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to drive conversions.
Track performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, and lead quality to improve campaigns continuously.
Home Care-Specific Targeting:
Understand the unique
home care market, including seniors, families,
and tailor messaging and creatives accordingly.
Collaborate with the content team to develop targeted landing pages, blog posts, and social media content.
Develop geo-targeted campaigns for local communities to drive inquiries and consultations.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools to measure effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve lead quality and engagement.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, especially in healthcare and home care, to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Prior experience managing
Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads
campaigns is a must
Proven experience in
home care, healthcare, or senior services marketing
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
local SEO
and
geo-targeted advertising
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing campaigns
Knowledge of compliance standards in healthcare marketing
Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvement
