Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, advertising).
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and publish content for blogs, websites, and social media to engage target audiences.
Market Research:
Analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor campaign KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Brand Awareness:
Support initiatives that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing activities.
Budget Support:
Track marketing spend and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required)
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (good to have)
Experience:
Hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
US project experience (good to have)
Language Requirement:
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory, due to US client-facing role)
Technical Skills & Tools:
Familiarity with core digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Experience with at least one email marketing tool (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo)
Working knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Ability to learn new marketing and analytics software quickly
Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory):
Google Analytics or Google Ads Certification
HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
