We are seeking a results-driven and creative B2B Growth Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in industrial materials, specialty chemicals, or a similarly technical field. You will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and qualified leads through multi-channel campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution--ideal for someone who can both build and run campaigns, create compelling materials, and grow our online presence with precision and polish.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with sales and growth goals.
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs across digital and social channels (LinkedIn, email, website, paid media).
Coordinate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaign targeting.
Digital Marketing & Performance
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on conversions and ROI.
Monitor funnel metrics, audience behavior, and lead quality to refine campaigns over time.
Assist in basic SEO (on-page and content-driven) to improve search rankings and organic discovery.
Social Media & Community Growth
Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Establish strategic partnerships with larger social accounts, trade organizations, and thought leaders to amplify reach and reputation.
Support long-term community building and audience engagement.
Content & Communications
Help coordinate content strategy and publishing calendar with freelance or in-house writers.
Write and edit marketing copy, product blurbs, email sequences, and campaign language with a high standard of English fluency.
Translate technical product info into customer-friendly, benefits-driven messaging.
Creative & Visual Support
Create basic design assets (social posts, pitch decks, one-pagers) using tools like Canva,
Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
Optional: Use AI-based tools to generate graphics, videos, or assist in workflow automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in specialty chemicals, raw materials, or technical B2B sectors)
Familiarity with industrial customer personas (formulators, manufacturers, procurement teams, R&D chemists, etc.)
Strong grasp of digital KPIs (CTR, CPL, bounce rate, impressions, ROAS, etc.)
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, basic web analytics, and CRM/email marketing tools
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Some graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)
