About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketing Specialists to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on promoting innovative solutions in the

Pharmaceutical (Pharma)

and

Information Technology (IT)

sectors, targeting both

B2B (Business-to-Business)

and

B2C (Business-to-Consumer)

markets. If you excel in sales-driven marketing and thrive in a commission-based environment, this flexible opportunity is ideal for you. You'll work independently to generate leads, build relationships, and drive sales in both B2B and B2C channels, with the freedom to manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients in the Pharma sector (e.g., drug development companies, healthcare providers for B2B; pharmacies, end consumers for B2C) and IT sector (e.g., software firms, tech service providers for B2B; individual tech users for B2C). Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for B2B (e.g., corporate partnerships, bulk deals) and B2C (e.g., direct-to-consumer campaigns, retail promotions) to drive sales. Generate leads through diverse channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and digital advertising. Close sales deals in both B2B (e.g., contracts with businesses) and B2C (e.g., direct product sales to consumers), tracking performance to maximize commissions. Collaborate with our team to refine marketing materials and strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences. Provide weekly reports on sales metrics and progress for both market segments.
Requirements

Proven experience in marketing or sales (1+ years preferred), with exposure to B2B and/or B2C models, ideally in Pharma, IT, or related fields. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a sales-oriented mindset, adaptable to both business clients and individual consumers. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email platforms, CRM software, social media ads). Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a part-time role (10-20 hours/week). Basic understanding of Pharma regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines) and IT industry trends is a plus. Access to reliable internet and a computer for remote work.
