Required Skills

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) me

hands-on experience

Healthcare / medical / wellness ads ka experience (preferred) Lead generation & WhatsApp / Call based campaigns Pixel, Events, Custom Conversion, GTM knowledge Meta Ads policy ka strong understanding Analytical mindset & optimization skills Ability to plan, optimize, and scale

?3Lakh+ monthly ad budgets

with measurable CPL/CPA goals

Good to Have

Google Ads ka basic knowledge Landing page & CRO understanding CRM / Lead management exposure
