Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's turf construction, landscaping, and outdoor development services. The role focuses on brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and market expansion through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals and seasonal demand
Identify target markets including sports facilities, commercial projects, residential clients, and government contracts
Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the turf and landscaping industry
Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create and schedule content showcasing turf projects, landscaping works, and before/after visuals
Coordinate website content updates, SEO, and online advertisements
Track digital marketing performance and prepare reports
Branding & Promotion
Ensure consistent brand image across all marketing materials
Design or coordinate brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional materials
Support company participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Sales & Business Support
Generate qualified leads and support the sales team
Prepare company profiles, proposals, and pitch presentations
Maintain a database of clients, prospects, and partners
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with project managers to document completed projects
Liaise with external vendors such as designers, printers, and media agencies
Handle customer inquiries related to services and promotions
Requirements & QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience
2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, landscaping, turf, or related industries
Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
Basic understanding of turf construction, landscaping, or outdoor projects (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to create marketing content (text, visuals, and videos)
Analytical skills to measure marketing performance
