Job Description

Key responsibilities

Sales and business development:

Generate and qualify leads through networks, social media, and referrals. Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored interior design solutions. Collaborate with designers to develop proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Track sales performance and report on metrics.

Marketing and brand management:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share. Manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as exhibitions and project showcases. Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.

Client and project management:

Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional pre- and post-sales support. Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution after a sale is closed. Maintain a CRM system to track leads and manage customer relationships.
Necessary skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics. Sales and sales management experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of interior design trends.
