We are seeking a detail-oriented marketer to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a particular interest in analytics, data-entry, and communication thereof. You will be asked to collaborate with internal teams as well as external agency partners to guide and deliver initiatives and activities including product seeding and tracking, financial reconciliation, product review management, digital asset management and influencer content.
The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager but will build day-to- day working relationships at all levels, both within the marketing team and with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead specific day to day activities on behalf of the U.S. marketing team
Own financial reconciliation of marketing expenses for timely closure, every month
Provide support by responding to reviews, Q&As, social media inquiries, while maintaining a unified brand voice.
Identify and report key trends and issues from review & social sites and update information and responses based on those trends.
Assist in the execution of defined marketing plans that support all team goals
Manage product sampling & review syndication requests for new and existing products
Track and report on marketing programs such as trademark portfolio management and other brand initiatives
Handle product seeding and tracking for PR
Download and organize influencer content; upload to digital asset management platform for global use
Other responsibilities as needed
About You:
You are a confident and driven marketing associate with 2+ years of prior work experience in either a corporate marketing or creative agency environment
You are detail-oriented and take pride in being so
You are a critical thinker with a natural propensity for problem solving with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
You have a BA/BS degree with strong academic credentials
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have some experience with managing a budget and/or data entry
eCommerce or CPG consumer marketing experience a plus
