An overview of the position We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic marketeer with experience delivering campaigns across multi-channels, including PPC, e-mail and social. You will have good understanding of inbound marketing tactics including SEO and content marketing. You will be coordinating the briefing, creation and implementation of campaigns in a timely manner across a range of digital channels. You will take part in reviews of campaigns including reviewing results, identifying improvements to campaign performance and sharing best practices.
How you will make an impact: In this role, you will be supporting Brand Managers in developing and implementing digital and direct response marketing initiatives in a results-based/lead-driven organization.

  • Develop and execute data-driven, customer centric marketing campaigns across digital and direct response channels, regularly monitor and refine plans to achieve agreed KPIs
  • Proactive monitoring and analysis of campaign data to adopt a ‘test and learn’ approach, driving marketing effectiveness and optimization
  • Ensure timely deployment of all campaigns, deliver with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Copywriting skills, creativity and excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ensure that all communications are technically accurate, include key messages and connect with customers in an engaging way.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget
  • Have a “can do, will do” attitude to making things happen and getting them done
We are looking for people who:
  • Experience of creating and developing B2C digital marketing campaigns, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns, including social, web and e-mail.
  • Confident in campaign tracking and evaluating data analytics
  • Campaign editorial and creative sign-off process
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and to agreed KPIs and budget.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications advertising or related fields of study
