Job overview and responsibilities The marketing Specialist will be responsible for the HR / IKC team to build our employer value proposition to help with all communications from a monthly newsletter to digital content on the career site.
- Produce high-quality content across multiple channels that engage employees and target candidates and build employer brand recognition
- Develop and implement internal communication plans to ensure all employees are informed and engaged
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing material used in hiring and retaining talent
- Work closely with the leadership team to generate new ideas and strategies to improve employer value propositions
Qualifications
Required- Bachelor's degree (Bachelor?s degree in Communications, digital marketing, public relations, or relevant field)
- 3 years of experience in a digital marketing/communications role
- Proven experience in creating targeted content
- Ability to create and edit video content
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Master's degree
- Experience with making videos
- Website design
