We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist who can manage LinkedIn-based lead generation, run marketing campaigns, handle B2B outreach, and execute email marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and various outreach tools to target prospects, nurture leads, and generate high-quality business opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Lead Generation
Search and identify targeted B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Send personalized connection requests, follow-ups, and outreach messages
Build, clean, and maintain lead lists
Email Marketing & Campaign Running
Plan, create, and run email marketing campaigns
Write effective email sequences for outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing
Monitor campaign metrics (open rate, reply rate, clicks, conversions)
Optimize campaigns to improve performance and lead quality
Campaign Management
Create and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Manage cold outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
A/B test different messaging and strategies
Track campaign results and provide weekly reports
B2B Sales & Outreach
Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, and Managers
Pitch services effectively and book qualified meetings
Manage CRM entries and maintain updated conversation logs
Market Research
Research industries, competitors, and target audiences
Identify new markets and opportunities for outreach
Content & Messaging
Draft professional LinkedIn messages and posts
Create clear, persuasive communication for different audiences
Required Skills
Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Hands-on experience in running outreach and email campaigns
Good understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Excellent written communication skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with IT, SaaS, or digital service companies
Ability to deliver measurable results in lead generation
Strong analytical skills to improve campaigns through data

Pay: ₹11,335.06 - ₹60,000.00 per month
