We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Altum India team and work closely with our Head of Sales in the USA. The ideal candidate will be creative, outspoken, and proactive in driving Altum's brand visibility across digital channels. This role requires strong skills in content creation, social media engagement, and brand promotion to support our sales team and strengthen Altum's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
Experience running campaigns on LinkedIn and other professional platforms
Develop high-quality content (posts, graphics, blogs, short videos) to drive engagement with the Altum sales team
Promote Altum's brand by actively posting, commenting, and engaging in relevant industry discussions and threads.
Provide campaign support for lead generation and client outreach.
Content Creation
Ensure content reflects Altum's positioning as AI-first and cloud-native, with emphasis on quality over quantity.
Sales Support & Marketing Collateral
Collaborate with the US-based sales team to design impactful presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and marketing assets.
Assist in preparing industry-relevant content that highlights Altum's solutions and success stories.
Brand Building & Engagement
Strengthen Altum's online brand presence through consistent storytelling and messaging.
Research market trends and competitor activities to shape Altum's marketing voice.
Coordinate with leadership to amplify Altum's differentiators in AI, cloud, and modernization.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT/consulting/technology services.
Strong knowledge of social media strategy (especially LinkedIn) and brand building.
Excellent content writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
Experience creating professional marketing collateral (presentations, case studies, blogs, infographics).
Proactive communicator with a confident, outspoken personality--comfortable amplifying brand presence publicly.
Ability to balance creative thinking with business outcomes.
