Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads from the FMCG and HoReCa sectors through online research, calls, visits, and networking.
Maintain and update the lead database to ensure accuracy and productivity.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, share relevant leads, and track conversions.
Understand client requirements and share product information effectively.
Regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert prospects into opportunities.
Prepare daily reports on outreach, leads generated, and progress updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or sales support (preferably FMCG/HoReCa).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to research markets, identify prospects, and analyse customer needs.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRMs, and online tools for data sourcing.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at multitasking.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred, not mandatory).
2-5 years of relevant experience in lead generation or sales support roles.
