The Librarian & Marketing Specialist at Mount Litera Zee School plays a dynamic dual role -- initially leading the school's marketing and outreach initiatives, followed by the management and development of the school library. Phase 1: Marketing Specialist (December 2025 - April 2026)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the school's visibility and enrollment.
Plan and manage admission campaigns, open houses, and community engagement events.
Create promotional content for social media, print, and digital platforms.
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and media outlets for advertisements and publicity materials.
Maintain and update the school's website and social media handles.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to align marketing initiatives with the school's brand identity and values.
Build relationships with parents, alumni, and local community organizations to strengthen the school's reputation.
