Essential Job Functions:
End-to-End Digital Campaign Management

  • Lead full-funnel digital journeys--from campaign strategy to website experience--ensuring alignment with programme goals.
  • Own paid digital execution across channels: Paid Social, Content Syndication, Programmatic, and Video.
  • Oversee campaign planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Partner with Ad Ops and global teams to implement best practices and unified tracking.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders across marketing
  • Ensure data consistency and connectivity across digital campaigns and platforms.
  • Build robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights and drive operational efficiency.
  • Deliver regular performance updates, including health checks, monthly summaries, and QBRs.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in strategic B2B digital marketing campaign management and program management
  • Experience with digital media platforms across Paid Social, Content Syndication, Programmatic, Video, Email, SEM etc.
  • Track record running large scale, full funnel integrated digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with landing page optimizations for paid campaigns as part of the overall end to end digital user journey, with basic understanding of UX elements and experience that impacts users from different channels.
  • Previous management of complex client/stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in analyzing multi-platform data insights across web analytics suites such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, self-starter, curious
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship builder, as this role requires ability to connect with other partners across the organization to ensure omnichannel planning
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • A/B Testing experience
  • Preferred experience with web experience, website journeys and SEO.
  • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Client Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar ad tech and BI tools is a plus.
