About the Traineeship Program

We are looking for motivated and creative

Marketing & Social Media Trainee

to join our traineeship program. This is an

unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks)

designed to give you

hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and social media content creation

in the fashion e-commerce space. You will work closely with our marketing team to learn how a growing brand engages with its community, builds campaigns, and creates engaging digital content.

Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing/ Business Management/ Digital Marketing and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

content creation

for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Wabb (our in-house community), and other platforms. Research and suggest

fashion trends, hashtags, and creative ideas

to boost engagement. Support in

planning & scheduling posts

using social media tools. Help monitor

comments, messages, and community interactions

. Collaborate with the design & marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice. Assist in

influencer research, outreach, and collaborations

. Track and report

basic engagement metrics

(likes, shares, reach, comments).
