Role Overview

We are looking for a

hands-on, creative, and execution-focused Marketing & Social Media Manager

who can

personally create, capture, edit, and publish content

, while also driving

brand strategy, organic growth, and paid marketing campaigns

.

This role

requires on-ground execution

-- the candidate

must be comfortable shooting videos, clicking photos, capturing real activities, editing content, designing creatives, and running campaigns end-to-end

.

This is

not a coordination-only role

. Ownership, creativity, and execution speed are critical.

Key Responsibilities 1. On-Site Content Creation (MANDATORY)

Personally shoot videos and photos on-site

: Team activities Properties / locations Behind-the-scenes moments Events, campaigns, launches Daily operations and real stories Capture

short-form & long-form video content

for reels, shorts, and YouTube Use

mobile, camera, or professional equipment

as required Ensure content feels

real, premium, engaging, and brand-aligned


2. Video Editing, Designing & Creative Execution

Edit videos in-house

(Reels, Shorts, long-form videos, ads) Design creatives for: Social media posts & carousels Stories, banners, promotions Campaign creatives & ads Source and use

stock photos/videos

where required to enhance storytelling Maintain

visual consistency and brand aesthetics


3. Brand Strategy & Positioning

Own the

digital brand identity and storytelling framework

Define brand tone, visual language, and content direction Ensure consistency across all platforms and campaigns Position the brand for

maximum recall, trust, and authority


4. Social Media Management (All Platforms)

Manage and grow presence on:

Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn Google My Business
Responsibilities include:

Daily posting & scheduling Caption writing, hooks, CTAs, hashtags Story creation & engagement Community management (comments, DMs) Trend tracking and rapid content adaptation
5. Organic Growth & Community Building

Drive

organic reach, engagement, and follower growth

Leverage reels, shorts, trends, storytelling & UGC Identify collaboration & influencer opportunities Build long-term audience trust and brand loyalty
6. Paid Marketing & Inorganic Growth

Plan and manage:

Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Create ad creatives, copies, hooks, and targeting strategies Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions Continuously test creatives and audiences
7. Campaign Management (End-to-End)

Plan and execute: Brand campaigns Promotional launches Seasonal & special offers Run

Email marketing campaigns

Execute

WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
8. Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with: Operations Sales Guest / Client Experience Leadership Gather promotional inputs, updates, success stories Convert internal activities into

market-ready content and campaigns


9. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track performance metrics: Reach, engagement, followers Leads, conversions, traffic Ad performance & ROI Share

weekly & monthly performance reports

Optimize strategies based on data insights
Mandatory Skill Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

The candidate

must

Be able to

shoot videos and photos on-site

Be comfortable

capturing real-time activities & events

Have

strong video editing skills

Have

designing skills for social media & ads

Be hands-on with

content creation + publishing

Understand

both organic & paid marketing


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
