personally create, capture, edit, and publish content

brand strategy, organic growth, and paid marketing campaigns

This role
requires on-ground execution

must be comfortable shooting videos, clicking photos, capturing real activities, editing content, designing creatives, and running campaigns end-to-end
.
This is
not a coordination-only role
. Ownership, creativity, and execution speed are critical.
Create ad creatives, copies, hooks, and targeting strategies
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions
Continuously test creatives and audiences
7. Campaign Management (End-to-End)
Plan and execute:
Brand campaigns
Promotional launches
Seasonal & special offers
Run
Email marketing campaigns
Execute
WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
8. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with:
Operations
Sales
Guest / Client Experience
Leadership
Gather promotional inputs, updates, success stories
Convert internal activities into
market-ready content and campaigns
9. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track performance metrics:
Reach, engagement, followers
Leads, conversions, traffic
Ad performance & ROI
Share
weekly & monthly performance reports
Optimize strategies based on data insights
