Collaborate with product and business teams for content and campaign alignment.
Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with
social media, fintech, and design trends
to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in
digital marketing & social media management
.
Compulsory skill
: Strong proficiency in
Graphic Designing
(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools).
Ability to design creatives independently for campaigns and social media.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.
Good to Have
Experience in
Fintech, BFSI, or startup ecosystems

Video editing or motion graphics skills.
