Position Overview:



We're seeking a proactive

Telecalling Manager

to lead and manage a team focused on selling

Google Ads and IT marketing services

. This role involves overseeing outbound calling efforts, guiding the team on strategy and communication, and ensuring consistent lead conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and train a telecalling team focused on marketing service sales. Develop scripts and strategies to improve lead conversion. Monitor daily calling activity and performance metrics. Handle escalated calls and assist in closing high-potential leads. Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:



Prior experience managing a telecalling or telesales team. Strong understanding of Google Ads and IT services. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to drive performance and motivate team members.
