We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and promoting our products and services to potential clients. This role combines sales expertise with marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, enhance customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business leads and potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients in line with the company's marketing goals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through active client engagement and relationship building. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual client needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure a high level of customer service and maintain long-term relationships. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Monitor competitors' activities and provide feedback on market conditions to management. Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
