Role Overview
As a
Marketing
Sales Trainee
, you will undergo a
6-month structured training program
where you will learn the essentials of sales, distribution, and customer engagement in the sports industry. On successful completion, you will move into a full-time sales role with the opportunity to manage accounts, grow partnerships, and contribute to Cappella's business expansion.
Responsibilities
By the end of the training, you will be able to:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
Assist in promoting and distributing existing and new sports brands.
Support product placement and visibility in partner stores.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and team goals.
Participate in product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.
Use sales tools to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Competencies We Look For
