Marketing & Sales Trainee (Fresh Graduates)

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates (GETs, B.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc) to join our Marketing & Sales team as trainees. This role is designed to provide structured exposure to handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations, responding to tenders, and engaging with clients. Selected candidates will undergo training and evaluation during the first month, with the opportunity to grow into permanent sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enquiry Management Receive and log incoming enquiries from clients. Draft timely replies and follow-up communications. Assist in preparing quotations and tender submissions. Client Interaction Learn how to approach and engage with new clients. Shadow senior sales staff during meetings and calls. Maintain polite, professional communication at all times. Documentation & Reporting Prepare enquiry registers, quotation trackers, and follow-up reports. Support in maintaining tender documentation and compliance records. Learning & Development Participate in structured training on sales processes, product knowledge, and client handling. Practice drafting replies, quotations, and proposals under supervision. Gain exposure to CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile

Fresh graduates: B.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc, GETs (Graduate Engineer Trainees). Strong communication skills in English (Telugu proficiency is a plus). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn sales processes and client management. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Growth Path

Phase 1: Sales Trainee - learning and shadowing. Phase 2: Junior Sales Executive - independent handling of enquiries and quotations. Phase 3: Sales Executive - client management, business development, and revenue responsibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
