We are looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Support Executive based in India to help manage our Apollo campaigns and assist with outbound calling and lead engagement. This is a full-time role that supports our US-based marketing and sales outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Apollo.io contact lists, campaigns, and sequences
Research and enrich target accounts and contacts based on campaign needs
Monitor Apollo email campaigns and track metrics (opens, replies, clicks, etc.)
Make light outbound follow-up calls to confirm interest or gather prospect info
Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure accurate campaign tracking
Collaborate with US sales team to align messaging and timing
Assist with reporting, content formatting, and lead nurturing tasks
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, lead generation, or inside sales
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Hands-on experience with Apollo.io or similar sales engagement platforms is preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls and following structured scripts
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-focused
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with international (especially US) clients or teams
Exposure to email marketing tools, cold outreach, and B2B lead funnels
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or prospecting tools
