Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Sales Growth
Develop and implement effective
sales and marketing strategies
tailored for the interior design market.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and lead sources to expand the company's reach.
Monitor sales pipelines and drive
conversion strategies
to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Analyse market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to guide business decisions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Generate and manage qualified leads through multiple channels - online, offline, events, and referrals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure
repeat business and referrals

Manage client negotiations and close contracts with favourable terms.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the
design, project, and management teams
to align business objectives with client needs.
Guide and train sales/marketing team members on strategies, communication, and client handling.
Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with management for decision-making.
Reporting & Accountability
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on
leads, sales conversions, and marketing

Maintain accurate CRM data for leads, client interactions, and project status.
Be accountable for achieving sales targets and executing marketing strategies effectively.
