Job Summary:
The Marketing & Sales Manager leads, mentors, and motivates a team of Marketing & Sales Executives to achieve ambitious sales targets, develop strategic plans, identify new business, and cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring compliance and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of marketing & sales executive
?
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed company objectives.
?
Performance Management:
Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and provide regular feedback
?
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research, track trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to identify opportunities.
?
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
?
Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
?
Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
?
Collaboration:
Work with marketing and operations teams for integrated sales & marketing efforts, work closely with the Digital marketing agencies on Marketing campaigns like OOD campaigns etc
?
On Board Channel partners:
guide and lead the marketing & sales team in sourcing and on boarding channel partners and mandate firms
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Marketing & Sales Manager in real estate.
? Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
? Deep understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
? Excellent analytical and reporting
