Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Convert leads into walk-in customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate between clients and vendors for product updates, orders, and deliveries.
Track orders, quotations, and ensure timely execution.
Support marketing campaigns and online promotions to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain and update customer and sales records regularly.
Assist in transitioning from manual data management to modern digital tools and apps.
Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
sales, marketing, or client servicing
(experience in
automotive, retail, or interiors
preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital platforms and CRM tools.
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
