Position: Marketing & Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities

Drive sales and marketing initiatives in electrical contracting & manufacturing. Identify, develop, and manage new clients across industries. Build strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. Prepare proposals, business presentations, and project pitches. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. Coordinate with project/technical teams for customized solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in

Engineering / Business / Marketing

(MBA preferred). Minimum

5 years of experience

in Sales & Marketing (Electrical / EPC / Manufacturing preferred). Strong knowledge of

Electrical Turnkey Projects, Panels, Solar & Fire Systems

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,086.67 - ₹28,992.38 per month
