. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, manage dealer/contractor networks, and build strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our
home automation & electrical product range
.
Identify new market segments, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
Build and manage a network of dealers, electrical contractors, architects, and system integrators.
Conduct product demos & technical presentations to customers, consultants, and builders.
Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate deals, and close orders to achieve monthly & annual targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest new initiatives for growth.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for timely installations & after-sales support.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
3-7 years of experience in
sales & marketing of electrical / automation products
(smart home, IoT, stabilizers, control panels, or related).
Good understanding of home automation solutions, wiring, and load management.
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel locally / regionally for business development.
Languages Known:
English & Tamil, Hindi and other language is a plus.
