DECG INTERNATIONAL is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Marketing & Sales Manager / Executive

with an

engineering background (Civil or Mechanical)

. Candidates having experience in

PWD, CPWD, NHAI, and other Government / PSU projects

will be

preferred

. The role involves technical sales, marketing, and business development across infrastructure and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business from

PWD, CPWD, NHAI, State & Central Government departments, and PSU clients

Generate and follow up on

new enquiries, tenders, and project opportunities

Handle

techno-commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization

Build and maintain strong relationships with

government officials, consultants, contractors, and authorities

Conduct

market research

and track upcoming government tenders and projects Coordinate with internal teams for design, production, and execution support Ensure timely

payment follow-ups and after-sales support

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management

Ready to go on tour for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities

Requirements & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in

Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Sales & Marketing Engineer

experience preferred

2-10 years

of relevant experience Prior experience with

PWD / CPWD / NHAI / Government projects

preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-oriented

Willing and ready to travel extensively as required
