Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our sales function, design go-to-market strategies, manage the sales funnel, and drive online/offline marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of SaaS/HRTech, and the ability to deliver revenue growth across student, college, and SME segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Build, train, and manage a team of sales executives; monitor performance against KPIs.
Funnel Management: Develop and optimize the entire sales funnel - from lead generation to closure.
Marketing Oversight: Plan & execute integrated online/offline campaigns to drive leads.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, colleges, and SMEs; lead high-value negotiations.
Strategy & Reporting: Create monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts, prepare sales performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Brand Building: Coordinate with product/marketing teams to position VOLKAI HR effectively in the market.
Collaboration: Work closely with product & customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred (not mandatory).
Proven experience in SaaS/Tech product sales (HRTech/EdTech preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and funnel management.
Leadership and team management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Data driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and take strategic decisions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
