Position : Marketing / Sales Manager
Location : Delhi
Salary Budget : 3 - 4 Lacs p.a.
Experience : 3-5 years
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred) or MBA Marketing
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing/Sales candidate to lead our sales efforts in North. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the aluminium or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
