Position: Marketing & Sales Intern

Location: Nashik + Field Visits

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipend: Performance-based + Internship Certificate

Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, proactive intern passionate about marketing, real estate, and client engagement. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate leads, assist in promotional campaigns, engage prospects, and support site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing).

Support social media management -- content planning, posting, and analytics tracking.

Research competitors, market trends, and buyer personas to optimize campaigns.

Coordinate influencer and event marketing activities.

Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and brand growth.

Sales

Follow up on leads generated through ads, WhatsApp, and inbound inquiries.

Assist in client communication and scheduling site visits.

Maintain and update CRM data with lead status and follow-ups.

Support the sales team during client interactions and presentations.

Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve conversions.

Who We're Looking For

Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.

Strong communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).

Digital marketing awareness (Facebook Ads, Instagram, CRM tools, Excel, Canva).

Eagerness to learn real estate marketing from the ground up.

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
