The selected candidate will play a vital role in our dynamic marketing team, supporting key initiatives and contributing to the company's growth. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and sales within the real estate industry. The intern's responsibilities will include:
Internship Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through digital and offline channels.
Customer Research: Understand what drives customer decisions and assist in improving engagement strategies.
Agency Coordination: Help identify and communicate with external marketing/sales agencies.
On-Site Market Research: Visit project sites to gather insights on customer preferences, competition, and local demand.
Digital Presence Support: Contribute to building and managing the company's online presence (social media, property listings, etc.).
Client Interaction: Assist in basic client communications and negotiations under supervision.
Business Mapping: Analyse various locations for business potential and report findings.
Strategic Meetings: Attend internal meetings and contribute fresh ideas to marketing and sales discussions.
Industry Exposure: Gain hands-on understanding of the real estate sector and the end-to-end sales process.
