Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team members.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate products and services.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
