to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling sales operations, client management, and business growth within residential or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead management and client conversion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Guide clients through the property selection and buying process.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiation meetings with potential buyers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (for managerial/head profiles).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share insights with management.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in
real estate sales
(residential/commercial).
Location:
Must be currently based in Hyderabad.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent client-handling ability and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
