Sales Leadership
Develop and execute overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and booking targets across residential/commercial projects
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (in-house & channel partners) to improve conversions and productivity
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and track performance against KPIs
Oversee site sales operations, client follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
Build strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, brokers, and corporate buyers
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, site activations)
Drive lead generation through digital channels
Oversee branding, project positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional offers
Coordinate with creative agencies for brochures, hoardings, videos, and campaign creatives
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns
Channel Partner & Broker Management
Appoint, train, and manage channel partners and brokerage networks
Design incentive structures and schemes to motivate channel sales
Ensure consistent communication and engagement with brokers
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research on competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences
Provide inputs on product mix, unit sizes, amenities, and pricing based on market insights
Track sales funnel metrics and customer acquisition costs
Customer Experience & CRM
Ensure excellent customer experience from lead generation to possession
Work closely with CRM teams to manage leads, customer communication, and documentation
Address escalations, critical negotiations, and key client concerns
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with construction, finance, legal, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Align sales timelines with project construction schedules and approvals
Support collections and cash flow planning in coordination with finance teams
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, advertising norms, and internal policies
Maintain transparency and ethical sales practices
Team Development
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development sessions
Build a results-driven and customer-focused sales culture
