We are seeking a

dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head

to lead sales operations for our

Survey & Mapping services

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

B2B sales, government tenders, and corporate projects

. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for

Survey & Mapping services

(UAV mapping, DGPS, LiDAR, Satellite Mapping, Agriculture surveys). Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in

government, corporate, and private sectors

. Identify and convert new business opportunities in

agriculture, mining, construction, and infrastructure projects

. Build strong client relationships and handle negotiations effectively. Collaborate with the technical team to deliver

tailored geospatial solutions

. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Geoinformatics, Business, or related field preferred). 4+ years of proven sales experience in

surveying, mapping, GIS, drones, or geospatial services

. Strong network in

government departments, infrastructure, agriculture, or mining industries

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel across India for business development.

Pay: ₹10,953.73 - ₹35,000.00 per month
