Budget management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing department's budget effectively. Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand consumer preferences, and monitor competitor activity. Client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Performance reporting: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Brand consistency: Collaborate with product development and other departments to ensure a consistent brand message across all activities.
