- Sales Head

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer
base.
Lead, guide, and monitor the Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Inside Sales Team.
Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, and institutional buyers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and vendor teams to optimize sales performance.
Develop partnerships with medical manufacturers and suppliers for category expansion.
Set and track monthly revenue, onboarding, and conversion targets.
Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management through CRM.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital decision-makers.
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales talent under HR supervision.RequirementsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B or Healthcare Sales (medical disposables/equipment/pharma preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data-driven decision-making
Strong understanding of hospital procurement systems and institutional sales
