Job Title: Sales Head - Medical Disposable Tubing Products



Location: Faridabad, IMT



Department: Sales & Marketing



Reports To: Managing Director



Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and driven

Sales Head

to lead our sales strategy and

execution for

medical disposable tubing products

. The ideal candidate will have in-depth

knowledge of the medical device/disposable market, strong relationships with hospitals,

distributors, and OEMs, and a track record of building high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:



?

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy

: Define and implement a comprehensive sales

plan to increase market share in disposable tubing products across geographies.

?

Market Development

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target

segments (e.g., hospitals, diagnostic centers, OEMs), and potential partnerships.

?

Team Leadership

: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve

individual and team targets.

?

Client Relationship Management

: Establish and maintain strong relationships with

key clients, decision-makers, and procurement teams.

?

Distributor Management

: Develop and manage a network of distributors/dealers to

ensure market coverage and sales growth.

?

Pricing & Negotiation

: Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, and deal closures with

clients and institutional buyers.

?

Cross-functional Collaboration

: Work closely with marketing, R&D, and

production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.

?

Market Intelligence

: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer

feedback to inform strategic decisions.

?

Reporting & Forecasting

: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and

performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:



? Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.

? 10-15 years of experience in medical devices or disposable medical products,

with at least 5 years in a leadership role.



? Proven track record in B2C or institutional sales in the healthcare domain.

? Strong understanding of medical tubing products (Infusion therapy products,

Respiratory products, anesthesia products, surgery & Urology products) is a major

advantage.

? Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CE, FDA, ISO 13485) preferred.
