Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching to team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities for property listings.
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for senior management.
Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and drive a team to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Valid real estate license (if required in your region).
