Job Description

Sales strategy and planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals and expand the customer base.

Team leadership and management:

Build, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals.

Performance monitoring:

Set sales targets, monitor performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular feedback to the team.

Customer and partner relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.

Market analysis:

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Forecasting and reporting:

Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and present performance reports to senior management.

Negotiations and contracts:

Participate in high-level negotiations and manage contracts with clients and partners.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
