Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive
sales and marketing strategies
for real estate projects
Lead and manage the
sales team
to achieve monthly and annual targets
Plan, execute, and monitor
digital marketing campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, portals)
Oversee branding, promotions, site events, and lead-generation activities
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and agencies
Track leads, conversions, ROI, and prepare MIS reports for management
Work closely with senior management on business expansion and positioning
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in
Digital Marketing
(performance marketing, lead generation, analytics)
Proven experience in
Real Estate Sales & Marketing
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales funnels
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
8-15 years
of relevant experience (real estate background preferred)
Experience in handling residential/commercial projects will be an advantage
