We have requirement of Marketing & Sales Head for our Real Estate sector.

Location: Raipur

Salary: 40000/- to 50000/- PM

Experience: 7 to 12 Years in Real Estate sector only.

Qualification: Graduate

Brief Job Duties

Content Creation:

Create compelling marketing materials, including online listings, property descriptions, and promotional campaigns.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and new opportunities.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to refine strategies and ensure effectiveness.

Budget Management:

Oversee online advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective spending.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales teams, development teams, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals. Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's projects and/or services. Leads a team of branding specialist, events planners and advertising specialists to create high-traffic blog content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects/events. Supports marketing stakeholders, including demand generation, sales enablement, public and analyst relations, community management, and channels/verticals. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
