Role Overview - Sales Head:


We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales function and scale our presence in the EdTech domain. As the Sales Head at Eduwits LLP, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives, building lasting client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth. You will be the face of Eduwits for key clients and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Execution:


Develop and execute growth-driven sales strategies aligned with company goals. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:


Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team. Set performance targets, ensure accountability, and drive results through structured review mechanisms.

Client Acquisition & Retention:


Personally lead acquisition of high-value clients and institutional partners. Build long-term relationships by deeply understanding client needs and delivering tailored EdTech solutions.

Revenue Planning & Forecasting:


Design and manage revenue plans, track performance metrics, and maintain robust sales pipelines and forecasts.

Contract Negotiation & Closure:


Lead commercial negotiations with clients. Ensure deals are profitable, structured correctly, and aligned with company objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to align offerings with market demand and ensure successful client onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, ideally within the education technology or SaaS sector. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development and sales leadership. Exceptional team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills with an ability to close complex deals. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution. Deep understanding of educational technology products and their application in K-12 or higher education. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
