Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and connect with potential vendors in the agriculture domain
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and clients
Promote company products and services to agri-dealers, distributors, and suppliers
Pitch Bharat Agrolink's platform to vendors and onboard them effectively
Execute sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into clients
Represent the company at agriculture expos, events, and vendor meetings
Track market trends, vendor needs, and competitor activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted promotional campaigns
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and targets
Key Skills Required:
Proven experience in vendor management and B2B sales in the agriculture sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent networking ability with agri-input dealers, suppliers, and distributors
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Ability to explain product benefits and convince vendors to join our platform
Willingness to travel for fieldwork when needed
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
MBA in Marketing or Agri-Business (preferred but not mandatory)
