Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and track performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop marketing materials.
Assist in SEO and website management activities to improve organic traffic.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
Prepare marketing reports and present insights to the management team.
Support lead generation efforts through email marketing, landing pages, and automation tools.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
Strong understanding of online marketing tools and strategies.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinking and a strong eye for detail.
Preferred Skills Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic design tools.
Knowledge of content marketing and video editing basics.
