Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and product adoption. Plan and manage

digital marketing campaigns

(email, social media, SEO, and PPC). Design marketing materials, website content, landing pages, and promotional campaigns for Way2Mail. Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Sales & Business Development



Identify potential clients and develop sales pipelines for Way2Mail. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals. Understand customer requirements and provide feedback to the product and technical teams for improvements.

Market Research & Insights



Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends in the email marketing and SaaS ecosystem. Provide insights on customer behavior, pain points, and product positioning opportunities. Develop pricing and promotional strategies to stay competitive and maximize revenue.

Team Collaboration & Leadership



Coordinate with internal departments (tech, support, operations) for seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Train and mentor junior marketing or sales associates when required. Represent Way2Mail at industry events, expos, and webinars to strengthen brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3-7 years of experience

in B2B marketing, B2C marketing, SaaS product sales, or digital marketing. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data. Creative thinker with a growth-driven and customer-centric approach.
