Key Roles & Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of
agri products
(fertilizers, inputs, allied agri solutions, etc.).
Identify and develop new corporate, dealer, distributor, and institutional customers.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing B2B agri clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
Participate in exhibitions, trade meets, and promotional activities related to agri products.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Any Bachelor's degree (Marketing / Agriculture / Business preferred).
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales of agri products
.
Experience must be
specifically in agriculture products or agri-inputs industry
.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of
agri products and B2B sales processes
.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English (mandatory)
.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
Proven ability to handle corporate and bulk agri customers.
