Job Description

Promote and sell company projects (residential & commercial)



Identify potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and digital platforms. Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and follow up for closures. Maintain client databases and prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Coordinate with marketing and digital teams for promotional campaigns. Achieve sales targets and report to the Sales Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate or sales (fresher's with passion are also welcome). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service attitude. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
